As the development of new technology, Social media sites, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and Instagram, provide the opportunities to people connect each other. The social media sites have become exceedingly popular in recent year, and it changes the way that people connect to each other. However, the psychology is affected if young teenagers overused the social networking sites. Advocates of social media may claim that social networking platforms brought numerous benefits for teens. They may argue that social media increase connectivity, helping people making friends that give young adults a sense of belonging. However, they may often overestimate the benef its of new technology and lack consideration of the dangerous influence of it.
